The Final Obsession is here.
The official trailer for Killing Eve’s fourth and final season has arrived and teases one final game of cat and mouse.
The trailer confirms that the enemies-turned-potential lovers did actually walk away from one another at the end of Season 3. Since then, Jodie Comer’s Villanelle and Sandra Oh’s Eve have been seeking change – Eve via a revenge mission and Villanelle through therapy! Meanwhile, Fiona Shaw’s Carolyn is chasing down The Twelve and the person who ordered the hit on Kenny.
Even though Eve and Villanelle have gone their separate ways, it wouldn’t be Killing Eve without a reunion. And it doesn’t take long for the pair to reunite in ways only then can. This final season follows “our extraordinary women, each driven by passion, revenge, and obsession, building towards a messy, nuanced, and totally glorious series finale.”

Fans of the series have had mixed feelings about the show coming to an end. The series star Jodie Comer has previously given her opinion on the matter, saying:
“I’ve spent four years with [Villanelle] now, so I feel like I have a really good sense of who she is, and where she’s at. The producers have always made it very clear that they want my input and my ideas — nothing’s off-limits. We never, ever want for that [quality] to drop or to carry on a story for the sake of carrying on, whether that be greed or whatever the reason. Right now, it feels natural that we’ve come to this point where we can really focus on the ending.”
Season 4 is written by Laura Neal (Sex Education, Secret Diary of a Call Girl). She also serves as executive producer alongside Sally Woodward Gentle, Lee Morris, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Gina Mingacci, Damon Thomas, and Sandra Oh.
Killing Eve Season 4 will premiere on February 27th on BBC America and AMC+.
