Otakon is a fan-run anime convention that boasts over 40,000 attendees every year, making it the third largest anime convention in the entire United States. One of the attractions that continues to bring in so many people every year is their impressive lineup of celebrity guests. This year, approximately 50 guests are slated to attend, and while the guestlist includes a variety of fields such as musicians, manga and comic artists, anime producers and directors, and VTubers, about half of the guests are voice actors. These artists come from both the United States and Japan and their resumes span anime, video games, and western animation.
The large selection of guests can be a bit overwhelming to look at, so I made this guide for attendees that are specifically looking for voice actors. Here is the full list of all of the voice actors scheduled to appear at Otakon!
English
The English-language voice actors fall under the “Western Guests” category and will be set up at booths in the Dealers Hall (Hall B-C) throughout the weekend. No sign-ups are required; as long as the guest is available at their booth and the line hasn’t been capped, you can just queue up and wait your turn! The items and experiences available for purchase vary from actor to actor, but two options they all have in common are prints and selfies. I have included each guest’s offerings below their Otakon-provided bios; you can view the pricing here.
Alejandro Saab
Alejandro Saab is […] best known for voicing characters such as Cyno in Genshin Impact, Leon in Pokémon Journeys, Yuri in Fire Emblem Three Houses, Miyamura in Horimiya, Shallot in Dragon Ball Legends, Cheng Xiaoshi in Link Click, Kuga in Food Wars, Kaigaku in Demon Slayer, Tatsuya Shiba in Irregular at Magic High School, Kensuke Aida in Evangelion, L’Arc Berc in Rising of the Shield Hero, Trebol in One Piece, Uno in Nanbaka, Tsukauchi in My Hero Academia and many others.

Cassandra Lee Morris is a Los Angeles-based voice actor who has voiced nearly 300 characters for video games, anime and animation. Game-wise, fans recognize her as Morgana from Persona 5, Galacta from Marvel Rivals, Mualani in Genshin Impact, Yuumi and Nami in League of Legends, Sothis in Fire Emblem Three Houses, Sora in Nikke, Beffica in Bugsnax, and many more.
Some of her most notable anime roles are Yubel in Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Leo and Luna in Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds, Taiga in Toradora, Leafa in Sword Art Online, Saber Nero in Fate, Kyubey in Madoka Magica, Cere Cere in Sailor Moon, Anastasia in Re:Zero, Ritsu in K-On!, Kota in My Hero Academia, and Yuno the Distant Talon in Ishura. Ray Chase
Ray Chase is a prolific American voice actor and game developer known for his versatile roles in anime, video games, and film. Following a degree in Theater from USC (2009) and early work in audiobooks, his major break was voicing Noctis Lucis Caelum in FINAL FANTASY XV (2016).
He is also celebrated for roles like Sukuna and Choso (Jujutsu Kaisen), Tengen Uzui (Demon Slayer), Bruno Bucciarati in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, and Alphen in Tales of Arise. [He voiced] the villain in James Wan’s Malignant (2021) and joined the cast of X-Men ’97 in 2024 as Cyclops, as well as co-founding Sassy Chap Games and served as lead developer for the 2025 game “Date Everything!” [in which he voiced Scandalabra/Jon Wick].

Sam Slade is a Filipino-American voice actor originally from the city of Hampton, Virginia. […] Sam’s passion for her work in video games was born from a childhood of playing JRPGs (particularly Pokémon, which she shares a birthday with!) and has led her to portray Anby from Zenless Zone Zero, Topaz from Honkai: Star Rail, Stia from Octopath Traveler 0, Baldr from Fire Emblem: Heroes, Whisperain and Perfumer in Arknights, Avistar in NIKKE, and many more.

Trina Deuhart
From animated roles and video game characters to audiobooks, commercials, narrations, and everything else, Trina’s voice work spans across multiple genres. One of her most notable roles is Nokotan from My Deer Friend Nokotan, a role that has garnered her significant recognition in the anime community.
Some of her other roles include Jan Porter from the web series Redeemers, Karin from the YouTube manga Etra Chan Saw It!, and characters in several WEBTOON dubs including Shaye from Do You Like Tomboys?, Jo LeCourt from Angel of Death, and Narisa from UnOrdinary. She also appears in the English dubs of multiple Chinese mini dramas by Very Berry Studio.

Xanthe Huynh
Xanthe Huynh is a Los Angeles based voice actor known for their roles in video games such as Persona 5 (Haru Okumura), Fire Emblem: Three Houses (Marianne Von Edmund), Honkai Star Rail (Pela), Octopath Traveler II (Agnea), Genshin Impact (Changsheng), Street Fighter 6 (Female Avatar #1), Atelier Meruru (Meruru), Triangle Strategy (Narve), Lost Judgment (Amasawa), Pokemon Masters (Erika), Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak (Chichae), and River City Girls (Sabuko).

Japanese
Due to entertainment industry laws, the International Guest autographs are set up quite differently than the Western Guests’. To meet the International Guests in the Autograph Area in Ballroom C, Otakon attendees will need to register in advance through the Guidebook app. You can view the instructions on how to do so here. Registration initially opened on July 18th, but due to technical difficulties many attendees (myself included) were not able to register, so registration will re-open starting July 20th. The new schedule says that attendees will be able to register for Friday sessions on July 20th, Saturday sessions on July 21st, and Sunday sessions on July 22nd, all at 8 PM EDT.
Some actors have independent autograph sessions, but many will be sharing a booth with other International Guests such as producers and directors. The items that they are able to sign are very specific and vary from actor to actor; I have included their options below their bios. While many of the English voice actors offer selfies and voice or video recordings, the Japanese actors do not allow photos, recordings, or touching of any kind.
Ayaka Fukuhara
Fukuhara is a Japanese voice actor who made her debut in 2012 as Rin Shibuya in
“IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS.” Fukuhara has appeared in a wide range of anime, including “Captain Tsubasa” (Taro Misaki), “Kakegurui” (Sayaka Igarashi), and “Sakura Wars” (Anastasia Palma). Her recent roles include Tina Isemi in “Rock is a Lady’s Modesty” and Rui Tazaki in “The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt.” She has also lent her voice to video games such as Umamusume: Pretty Derby (Seeking the Pearl) and Street Fighter 6 (Manon).

Ayaka Nanase
Ayaka Nanase is a Japanese voice actor and singer from Tokyo, born July 11 and affiliated with Axl One. […] Her notable voice roles include Flum Apricot in Roll Over and Die, Masurao Nadeko in Mistress Kanan Is Devilishly Easy, Matsuri Makabe in CITY THE ANIMATION, Suzune in The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic, Cure Butterfly / Ageha Hijiri in Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure, Reiko in Super Cub, and Yoshino Koharu in Sakura Quest. She continues to perform widely across anime, overseas drama dubs, and video games.

Ayamori Chika
Ayamori Chika is a voice actor with Apro Pro. Her notable roles include Milly Thompson in “TRIGUN STARGAZE”, Marco in “Goodbye, Dragon Life, Hello, Human Life”, and Parfait Hoppe-chan in “Hoppe-chan”.
Ayamori Chika will be part of the Studio Orange autograph sessions taking place on Friday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Sunday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, where she can sign official Otakon items (program book, logo shikishi, badge), blank pages (autograph boards, shikishi, sketch books,) or official merchandise from media she is credited in.
Kazuki Ura
Born on October 18, Kazuki Ura is a voice actor from Osaka Prefecture, Japan. […] In 2024, he won the Best Lead Actor Award at the 18th Seiyu Awards. […] His notable works include the TOUGEN ANKI series, in which he portrays [the protagonist] Shiki Ichinose; the Blue Lock series, where he plays [leading role] Yoichi Isagi; Sparks of Tomorrow, in which he plays Yajiro Yagura; and Anyway, I’m Falling in Love with You., in which he plays Kizuki Hazawa.
I personally heard him for the first time as Kyousuke Aiba in Futsal Boys!!!!!. He also plays young Ouchi Fukuchi in Bungo Stray Dogs, Richter Belmont in Castlevania: Nocturne, Luke Braveheart in Zenshu, Uryu Sakaki in Wind Breaker, Follo Tunito in GACHIAKUTA, and Haruo Kuroya in Daemons of The Shadow Realm.

Kenji Nojima
Kenji Nojima is a Japanese voice actor with Aoni Production. His signature roles include Eiji Okumura in Banana Fish, Tomoya Okazaki in Clannad, Nobuchika Ginoza in Psycho-Pass, Mamoru Chiba (Tuxedo Mask) in Sailor Moon Crystal, Natsuya Kirishima in Free!, Yuto Kiba in High School DxD, and Dr. Xeno in Dr. Stone: Science Future. In video games he voices Fox McCloud in the Super Smash Bros. series and Lu Xun in Dynasty Warriors. He is also an accomplished dub artist, voicing Clark Kent in Smallville and Ezra Bridger in Star Wars Rebels.
You may also recognize him as the voice of Caleb in the mobile game Love and Deepspace, Rihito Sajou in the movie Doukyuusei, Yukinari Kuroda in Yowamushi Pedal, Shinsuke Kita in Haikyuu!!, and Pell in One Piece.

Machico
Machico is a Japanese voice actor and recording artist from Hiroshima Prefecture. […] Her notable roles include Sara Anvilen in Roll Over and Die, Tokai Teio in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and Tsubasa Ibuki in The Idolmaster Million Live! . In video games she voices Pepe in Arknights, the Mysterious Ranmaru X in Fate/Grand Order, Suited in Kaiju No. 8 The Game, and Nene Kusanagi in HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!, among other roles.
As with Kazuki Ura, the first time I heard Machico was in an obscure sports anime: She voices Kurea Ooba in Iwakakeru! Sports Climbing Girls.

Rumi Okubo
Rumi Okubo is a Japanese voice actor who will play Umi Ryuuzaki in the upcoming anime “Magic Knight Rayearth”.
She is also well known for roles such as Elizabeth Báthory in “Fate/Grand Order”, MEM-Cho in “Oshi no Ko”, and Mutsuki Asagi in “Blue Archive”.
Some of her other anime roles include Nana Hiiragi in Talentless Nana, Ritsu in Fire Force, Omoharu Nakanaka in Komi Can’t Communicate, Pisti in Magi, Ako Shirabe in Pretty Cure All Stars New Stage, and Soka in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
Rumi Okubo will be part of the Magic Knight Rayearth autograph sessions taking place on Saturday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where guests will receive a pre-signed Magic Knight Rayearth in lieu of any personalized autographs.
Ryotaro Okiayu
Ryotaro Okiayu is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production. With a deep and powerful voice, he has played countless memorable characters over more than 35 years. His signature roles include the title character Nube in Hell Teacher Nube, the title role in Toriko, Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, Kunimitsu Tezuka in The Prince of Tennis, and Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk. In the Gundam franchise he has voiced Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and Andrew Waltfeld in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. Other notable roles include Kaku and Borsalino in One Piece, Akio Furukawa in Clannad, and Hades in Record of Ragnarok.
I know him from his roles as Shigure Sohma in the original Fruits Basket, Scar in the original Fullmetal Alchemist, Igor Neuhaus in Blue Exorcist, Berserker in Fate/Zero, Tadakiyo Kyudo in My Happy Marriage, Trevor Belmont from Castlevania, and Kokushibo in Demon Slayer. He also appears in several BL anime from the 90s and 2000s such as Kizuna, Ai no Kusabi, No Money, Mirage of Blaze, Ikoku Irokoi Romantan, Junjou Romantica, Gakuen Heaven, Sukisho, and Gravitation, as well as more modern titles like Super Lovers and Love Stage!!.

Shogo Sakata
Born on January 23, Shogo Sakata is a voice actor from Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.
Since his debut, he has appeared in numerous anime productions. […] His notable works include the TOUGEN ANKI series, in which he portrays Ikari Yaoroshi; Chainsaw Man (as Aki Hayakawa); You and I Are Polar Opposites (as Yusuke Tani); Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle (as Saku Chitose); My Awkward Senpai (as Yu Kamegawa); and Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods (as Minato Kusunoki), among others.
In addition to those mentioned above, he voices the protagonists of a handful of other anime such as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run (Johnny Joestar) and The Wrong Way To Use Healing Magic (Usato Ken). He also appears in minor roles in popular titles such as Attack On Titan (as Surma), Dr. Stone (as Carbo), My Hero Academia (as Majestic), Wind Breaker (as Masaki Anzai), and Fire Force (as Karin Sasaki).

Simba Tsuchiya
[Simba Tsuchiya’s] work spans original anime, sports drama, and ensemble casts beloved by fans
around the world. Across his career, he has built a reputation for bringing energy, warmth, and emotional range to leading and supporting characters alike. His major roles include Shotaro Futaba in “Backflip!!”; Shuji Ito in “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX”; and Tatara Fujita in “Welcome to the Ballroom.” He has also voiced Ryota Kuzuryu in “Shinkalion: Change the World”; Yosuke Ueno in “April Showers Bring May Flowers”; and Tsutomu Goshiki in the globally popular “Haikyu!!,” among many other titles that continue to win over audiences both in Japan and overseas.
Backflip!!, Welcome to the Ballroom, and Haikyuu!! are not the only sports anime he has been in: He also voices Shun Kazanami in Fanfare of Adolescence, Hiroto Kadota in Love All Play, and Kouhei Kokubo in Shoot! Goal to the Future. In addition, he voices Epel Felmier in the mobile game Disney Twisted-Wonderland and its anime adaptation.

Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
Matsuoka-san is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with I’m Enterprise. He has voiced a wide range of characters in many popular titles, such as Arihito in “The World’s Strongest Rearguard,” Kirito in “Sword Art Online,” Inosuke Hashibira in “Demon Slayer,” Bell Cranell in “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?,” Fuutarou Uesugi in “The Quintessential Quintuplets,” Soma Yukihira in “Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma,” Sora in “No Game No Life,” Vash the Stampede in “Trigun Stampede,” and many others.
Some of his other roles include Zanka Nijiku in GACHIAKUTA, Kokichi Muta (Mechamaru) in Jujutsu Kaisen, Taiga Hirano in Sasaki and Miyano, Teruki Hanazawa in Mob Psycho 100, Lubbock in Akame ga Kill, Yona in Fire Force, Takashi Mitsuya in Tokyo Revengers, and Loki in Record of Ragnarok. Yuka Iguchi
Yuka Iguchi is a Tokyo‑born voice actor affiliated with Osawa Office. Her standout roles include Rozemyne in “Ascendance of a Bookworm”, Index in “A Certain Magical Index”, Kohinata Miku in “Symphogear”, Hinata Miyake in “A Place Further Than the Universe”, and Ran Hanamichi/Cure Yum‑Yum in “Delicious Party Precure” and many more.

Yuna Nemoto, voice actor born on November 26 in Tokyo, has been affiliated with Crazy Box since 2018. Her major credits include Shiho Izumi in Whisper Me a Love Song, Air Messiah in Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, Shirota in Blue Period, and Mizuki Hino in Solo Camping for Two. She takes on her first leading role as Romelia in Romelia War Chronicles.
She also voices Amane Yamahara in The strongest job is apparently not a hero or a sage, but an appraiser (provisional)!, Homare Azuma in Chained Soldier, and Matilda Dauner in Bibliophile Princess.

There will also be a free Romelia World Chronicle postcard that she can sign provided at the session.
Otakon 2026 will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC from July 31st through August 2nd. Membership badges can be purchased here as well as at the door during the convention.
