Hey, Fandom Friends! Welcome to another edition of the Fandom News Roundup! We knew you would be back. This week the World of Fandom was as busy as the Kpop group, BTS! Those boys are everywhere! If you’re like BTS or any normal person; you probably have been busy with work, school, holiday shopping, and holiday snacking. In the hustle and bustle of like you may have missed some of the hottest news in fandom. No worries, you know we got it all covered. We give you permission to read and catch up on some Fandom News.

Video Game pioneer and legend Masayuki Uemura passed away on December 6, 2021. The reports did not state how Mr. Uemura died.

Netflix’s Cobra Kai official trailer for season 4 puts the high stakes into perspective.

The streaming service, Paramount+ launched Live Channels on its mobile and desktop app.

Disney Plus released ANOTHER Book of Boba Fett trailer and we aren’t sure when they will stop releasing trailers.

Hotel Transylvania: Transformania released a trailer this week filled with spoopy fun!

Dragons: The Nine Realms brings the world of How to Train Your Dragon to the modern era with its debut trailer.

In the first trailer for the follow-up film, we watch as Sonic faces off against Dr. Robotnik who is role is reprised by Jim Carrey once again.

Netflix announced that it has canceled its live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop after only weeks of streaming.

The Boys Reveal a New Character for Season 3

The Vought News Network treated us to our first look at a new character, Blue Hawk.  The mock tv station’s “Seven on 7,” reported that Blue Hawk will be the face of the “4 Freedom.” This new team of superheroes prides itself on being “American-made.” Blue Hawk will be played by Nick Wechsler.  Fandom Fans will recognize Wechsler from his work on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Roswell.

Power Ranger Alumni Takes on The White Dragon! 

In the action-packed trailer for Jason David Frank’s newest film, we see the former rangers, take on a formidable enemy. The Legend of White Dragon Aaron Schoenke, Mayling Ng, King Bach, Jason Faunt, Rachele Brooke Smith, Kevin Porter, Ciara Hanna, Jenna Frank, Cerina Vincent with Michael Madsen, David Ramsey, and Mark Dacascos.  The film is slated to release sometime in 2022.

The House of Usher Adds 5 Stars to its Cast

The Fall of the House of Usher will be a reimagining of Poe’s short story of the same name.  The series will be on Netflix and is being produced by the same man who created “The Haunting of Hill House,” Mike Flanagan. The horror series will now star Carla Gugino, Mark Hamill, Frank Langella, Mary McDonnell, and Carl Lumbly.  Fall of the House of Usher will be released after Flanagan’s 4th project  “The Midnight Club.”
