Kathryn Hahn is set to reprise her role as Agatha Harkness in a WandaVision spinoff series, which is currently in development at Disney+. The WandaVison limited series rose to popularity earlier this year, following the idealized suburban lives of super-powered beings Wanda and Vision, who begin to suspect that everything is not as perfect as it seems.
Wandavison was the first live-action Marvel series to debut on Disney Plus and gained up to 23 Emmy nominations, including one for Hahn for best-supporting actress in a limited series. Not much is said about the new spinoff series, and the plot remains a secret. The WandaVision head writer Jac Schaeffer is set to be the writer and executive producer on the upcoming project. Schaeffer is also known for writing, directing, and producing the feature TiMER and also wrote the animated short Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.
Hahn is reportedly set to reprise across the Marvel cinematic universe on streaming media and in movies that will be under a larger deal she has made with the studio. In the meantime, you can see Hahn on the upcoming Apple series The Shrink Next Door, and the film Knives Out 2.
