The Monkey is in theatres now. The highly anticipated horror film directed by Oz Perkins (Longlegs) and based on a short story written by Stephen King has the chance to be a huge hit.
When twin brothers find a mysterious wind-up monkey, a series of outrageous deaths tear their family apart. Twenty-five years later, the monkey begins a new killing spree, forcing the estranged siblings to confront the cursed toy. The movie stars Theo James, Tatiana Maslaney, and Elijah Wood. Reviews have already been stellar, claiming the film to be gory and a fun time.
AMC theatre chains are adding to the fun with the release of The Monkey Popcorn Bucket. In the past, we have seen many popcorn buckets released for big blockbuster movies, but it is awesome to see ones being released for smaller horror films such as the Art the Clown popcorn bucket released last year for Damien Leone’s Terrifier 3.
