Starscream is the Decepticon Air Commander, second in command to Megatron, but is often seen as a cowardly, inept idiot. But is that truly who he is? We examine the evidence and hear from the Transformers character creator himself, Bob Budiansky.
In the Generation One cartoon, no character is looked down on more than Starscream. The other Decepticons don’t respect him, Megatron often dismisses him out of hand, and even the Autobots think he’s a joke. But we examine the original character bio, the tech specs, and more to determine if there’s more to Starscream than… ahem… meets the eye.
