Train to Busan‘s Ma Dong Suk was a standout in Marvel’s The Eternals. This doesn’t surprise long-time fans of the veteran actor, who is known for his charismatic energy and superb acting skills. Marvel and Disney must have also enjoyed his performance. According to industry insiders, Ma Dong Suk will be reprising his role as Gilgamesh.
The Eternal’s actor is reportedly scheduled to work in the U.S. this summer, to work on a new Marvel Studios project. It’s currently unknown if this project will be ‘Eternals 2‘ or another MCU project.
The events of What If, Loki, No Way Home, and the upcoming Multiverse of Madness, anything is possible! Though we would love to see him lend his voice to season 2 of What If.
Ma Dong Suk shared in a past interview, “Thanks to this project [The Eternals], I think I will have more opportunities to work with Marvel soon.”
