Many cosplays require a base of white makeup… the Joker, Harley Quinn and Moxxi from Borderlands, to name just a few. This video shows how to apply white make-up base effectively so it will last. Part one shows applying the base, we will follow up on adding detail in the next video. These techniques can also be used for other base colors.
