Vote for Crunchyroll’s 2026 Anime Awards Until April 15th

Voting for the tenth annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards opened yesterday, April 2nd. Anime fans with a Crunchyroll account have until Wednesday April 15th to vote across the same 24 categories as last year, with daily revoting permitted. You can vote here.

For the second year in a row, DAN DA DAN leads with the highest number of nominations with a total of 17 for Season 2 (down from 22 for the first season last year). The Apothecary Diaries (season 2) follows with 13 nominations (the exact same number of nominations that the first season received last year), with My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON and Gachiakuta trailing slightly behind at 12 and 11 nominations respectively. Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- has 8 nominations (down from from 14 for the first season last year); Takopi’s Original Sin, Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, and The Summer Hikaru Died all have 7 nominations each; My Dress-Up Darling Season 2, ONE PIECE, and SPY x FAMILY Season 3 all have 5The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity has 4CITY THE ANIMATION, Blue Box, Witch Watch, Kaiju No. 8, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle, all have 3; and ZENSHU, Ranma1/2 Season2, and Anne Shirley all have 2. There are also an additional 22 anime that have only been nominated for one category. You can view the full list of nominees here. Nominations in this eight categories were not included in the totals listed above).

The 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards will stream live from Tokyo on Saturday, May 23rd on Crunchyroll’s YouTube and TikTokIn addition to announcing the winners, the ceremony will also feature musical performances including a 30th anniversary tribute to “A Cruel Angel’s Thesis” from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
