My Next Live-Action Hero Academia 


My Hero Academia has solidified its spot as one of the big 3 for this generation of anime fans.  Netflix is continuing to invest in bringing popular anime/manga franchises to life, as the live-action film adaptation of My Hero Academia from director/EP Shinsuke Sato (Alice in Borderland) and producers Legendary Entertainment is coming to Netflix. Netflix has already worked on other franchises like Cowboy Bebop, One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, and Bleach.

Scream 6 Features Other Horror Icons in New Trailer

Following the latest Ghostface killings, the four survivors leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter. In Scream VI, Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”) and Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) return to their roles in the franchise alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.  Scream VI will be in theatres on March 10, 2023.

From Man of Steel to the Hammer of War

DC/Warner Media has been making major changes to its DC Comic properties. WB has brought on James Gunn to help spearhead the changes. Henry Cavill announced on his social media that he will no longer wear the mantle of Superman.  However, we haven’t seen the last of Cavill. The supernerd will be starring in and producing Amazon’s Warhammer 40 series. Fans are happy for Cavill, as he is a huge fan of Warhammer.

Nolan’s Oppenheimer has Everything 

Written and directed by Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer is an IMAX®-shot epic thriller that thrusts audiences into the pulse-pounding paradox of the enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it.

The film stars Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer and Emily Blunt as his wife, biologist, and botanist Katherine “Kitty” Oppenheimer. Oscar-winner Matt Damon portrays General Leslie Groves Jr., director of the Manhattan Project, and Robert Downey, Jr. plays Lewis Strauss, a founding commissioner of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. Academy Award nominee Florence Pugh plays psychiatrist Jean Tatlock, Benny Safdie plays theoretical physicist Edward Teller, Michael Angarano plays Robert Serber and Josh Hartnett plays pioneering American nuclear scientist Ernest Lawrence. Oppenheimer also stars Oscar® winner Rami Malek and reunites Nolan with eight-time Oscar-nominated actor, writer, and filmmaker Kenneth Branagh.

You Were the Very Best 


Ash Ketchum has spent over 20 years traveling across the land, understanding the power inside pokemon, catching them all, and following his destiny. After becoming the World Champion, it is now his time to pass the baton to a new Pokemon trainer. A final chapter is set to close Ash and Pikachu’s storyline and bring in two new protagonists to continue the anime series. 


The new series will follow the storyline of the most recent games, Scarlet and Violet.  I am definitely not crying while writing this.
