Superman Soars-Box Office Results-July 11-13,2025

This was the weekend just about everyone was waiting for. Superman is here, but how did it do? Will Jurassic World make a million dollars? What will happen with Fantastic 4? Here are your weekend box office results.

1. Superman dominated the box office, bringing in 122 million dollars in its opening weekend. This is great news for James Gunn, who is trying to launch his brand new cinematic universe. The movie has great reviews from critics and fans, and next week it will tell a big story. Will the movie continue to make money? Will there be repeat viewings? Time will tell, but as of now, Superman is flying high.

2. Jurassic World: Rebirth took in 40 million dollars. The movie has done well financially, especially overseas. It will be interesting to see if it can cross 1 billion dollars like the 3 films before it.

3. F1: The Movie made 13 million dollars. Good word of mouth has carried this film for sure. It has almost made 400 million dollars worldwide. This is the biggest movie that Apple has produced so far.

4. How to Train Your Dragon took in 7.8 million dollars. The movie is making so much money. It is the highest-grossing movie in the franchise, and it will be interesting to see if DreamWorks makes any more live-action movies.

5. Elio made another 3.9 million dollars. The movie is definitely a bust as it hasn’t even reached its budget yet and has only made a little over 100 million dollars worldwide.

Join us next week to see how Superman continues to do. There are some new movies next week, but it doesn’t look like they will do much. Eventually, will Fantastic 4 put a dent in Superman making money? We shall see.
