VOLTRON 8” Vehicle Version Review – Defender of the Universe

Voltron is a popular combining robot, though in the 80’s he had two different forms. The Lion Force Voltron is the most popular, but another version combined 15 different vehicles into the Mighty Voltron, Defender of the Universe in space. Captain Kyle examines this small version in this quick review to see if he can help defend your collection.

Vehicle Voltron, which is not really his name, was adapted from the Japanese Dairugger TV show. While the Lion Voltron Force was more popular, finding its roots in the Japanese Beast King Golion show, the Vehicle Force had fans of its own. Not to mention there was a great (well, according to my memory) team-up between the Lions and the Vehicle Force. This small version of the vehicle version of Voltron doesn’t actually separate into 15 vehicles, as the joints don’t detach, but you can separate it into 10 components. Captain Kyle examines this low-cost toy to see if it might be a good addition to your collection.
