GI JOE & THE TRANSFORMERS Panel – Terrificon 2022

Transformers and G.I. Joe voice actors Michael Bell and Dan Gilvezan were joined by GI Joe voice actors Keone Young and Francois Chau for a panel with GI Joe writer Larry Hama at Terrificon 2022. They talked about their experiences with these fantastic properties and answered fan questions.

Michael Bell was Duke, Xamot, Major Bludd, Clutch, and more in the GI Joe cartoon series. He was also Prowl, Sideswipe, Scrapper, Swoop, and more in The Transformers series. He’s also known for roles in TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Star Wars: Rebels, and so many more.

Dan Gilvezan is known for his work as Bumblebee, Hot Spot, Scamper, and more in The Transformers. He is also Slip Stream and Beach Head in GI Joe. He portrayed Spider-Man in Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, plus had roles in Centurions, Sectaurs, Spiral Zone, and many more.

Keone Young was Storm Shadow in GI Joe and is also known for his roles in Men in Black 3, Crank, Samurai Jack, Young Justice, Wolverine and the X-Men, Archer, and many more.

Francois Chau played Quick Kick in G.I. Joe but is also well known for his roles on Lost, Rescue Dawn, The Tick, The Expanse, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, and more.

Larry Hama is the comic writer behind the hit Marvel comic series and the writer of many of the character bio cards for the toys. He has also written for Wolverine, The Punisher War Zone, and Batman.
