Last weekend, May 26-28th, Thy Geekdom Con held their 8th annual event at the Greater Philadelphia Convention Center, hosting their usual lineup of anime, gaming, and pop culture entertainment. With media guests including anime voice actor Todd Haberkorn and former Black Ranger Walter E. Jones drawing in attendees, Thy Geekdom Con continues to grow with their biggest show to date.
In addition to guest Q&A panels, there was near-constant free entertainment from the main stage variety show. Local band American Grim, whose new album 1947 drops on June 10th, gave an energized performance featuring some of their own music as well as covers of video game themes.
