The star of Warner Bros.’ The Flash allegedly stole bottles of alcohol from a Vermont home in May.
In their latest legal troubles, The Flash star will have to appear in court next month for arraignment on the burglary charge. The filing states that the 29-year-old was charged for allegedly stealing bottles of alcohol from an unoccupied Stamford, Vermont, residence back in May.
The Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint on May 1, with residents on County Road in Stamford reporting that “several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.” After an investigation that included surveillance footage and statements, police found probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
The Vermont State Police finally caught up to Miller on Aug. 7 and issued them a citation to appear in court on Sept. 26 for arraignment on the burglary charge.
The charge is the latest allegation the Justice League actor has racked up over the past year. The alleged burglary comes after Miller pled no contest to a disorderly conduct charge over two alleged incidents at a Hawaii karaoke bar in March. After they entered the plea via Zoom, the judge sentenced Miller to a $500 fine.
