BIBI To Make Drama Debut In “Sweet Home” Season 2

Sweet Home is a Netflix Original horror K-Drama series, based on the webtoon comic of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan. The show is set in a fantastical world where humans turn into savage monsters and wreak terror. One troubled teen and his apartment neighbors are forced to fight to survive — and somehow hold on to their humanity. The series is produced by Studio Dragon, which has also been responsible for other popular K-Dramas such as My Holo Love, Love Alarm, Arthdal Chronicles, and Crash Landing on You.

Fans will be delighted to learn that Sweet Home has also been renewed for a third season.

The video description states that “seasons 2&3 now in production.” This heavily suggests filming could be done back to back for both seasons, with a small break likely to take place in between.

“In these new seasons, Sweet Home will take on a larger scale with an expanded storyline and cast,” the company said in a statement.

BIBI made her debut as an R&B singer in 2019 before she was the runner-up on SBS’s audition program “The Fan.” She continued to gain popularity with her appearance on “Girls’ High School Mystery Class” and is currently a fixed cast member on TVING’s “Witch Hunt 2022.” In 2021, Bibi appeared in the horror film series “Whispering Corridors 6: The Humming.”
