Steel City Con held an event from June 11th to 13th, 2021, at the Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, PA. Fans flocked to this convention to see celebrities, vendors, cosplayers, artists and their fellow fans. Catch a glimpse inside this mecca of fandom joy with this Fandom Spotlite con report.
In addition to the many vendors, artists and cosplayers, Steel City Comic Con boasted an impressive guest list. William Shatner of Star Trek fame was there, as were Melissa Gilbert from Little House on the Prairie, Chandler Riggs and Alanna Masterson from The Walking Dead, RJ Mitte from Breaking Bad, Captain America actor Reb Brown and many more. Six cast members of Revenge of the Nerds and five members of the cast of E.T. were also there, plus Matthew Lillard and Skeet Ulrich from Scream. Plus, Star Wars and Seinfeld guests and Micky Dolenz of the Monkees! For MASH fans, Jamie Farr and Loretta Swit met with fans and gave a fun Q&A panel. It was a great time.
