This Transformers-style figure from Iron Factory is the Tyrant’s Wing Phantoscope EX-20 P and is a very cool figure for your collection. Captain Kyle examines this seeker-style transforming toy in both robot and jet mode to see how cool he would fit in with your Cybertronian horde.
This third-party figure is called Phantoscope, though you can assign your own name. He transforms from a robot that has elements of the original seekers but also has wings similar to those of the Decepticon Thrust. His coloration is very patriotic for those in the USA and could actually be considered a “home-grown” Earth Transformer who works with the US Air Force – if you like. Whatever you decide, he’s a great toy who could be an Autobot or a Decepticon… or a Shattered Glass Decepticon, perhaps?
